First time playing this course in a…

First time playing this course in a while. It has went downhill significantly. I would expect the fairways to be dry in the summer, but there is no excuse for the greens to be unplayable. There were awful to say the least. There wasn't even any water in the golf ball washers. The green fees are reasonable, which is just as well. We paid for 18 holes but played 9 (it's a 9 hole course) and just gave up. We went to complain but there was no one there. I sent an email but received no response. In my opinion, something needs to change as it can't go on as it is.
