When considering buying a motorhome last September we trawled all the dealers in the south west but Newport Caravans & Motorhomes were outstanding in terms of stock, facilities and Rhodri gave us a great deal. I can't recommend them highly enough and the accessory shop and cafe are an added bonus. No pressure sales and quite happy to allow a good look around the vans.

We bought our first ever caravan from here and will not buy from anywhere else again. Scotty is amazing, just left us to it, no pressure what so ever which was a massive plus for us. Due to the dreaded Covid we could not collect our van as scheduled, but they delivered FOC. Scotty provided us with a very helpful video on how to set everything up and how to use the motor mover, which the delivery driver also went through. Overall amazing customer service and Scotty sure knows his stuff, thank you all.

I have had several motorhomes from Newport Caravan and have all my servicing and warranty work with them.
All staff are fabulous. They are very friendly and so willing to help. In fact when I had a problem with my motorhome sunroof closing one of the engineers called me while he was driving home and talked me through how to rectify it.
Went above and beyond if you ask me.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and good products

Quick service, however, caravan was left untidy.
We had left our chair cushions in the shower. These got wet during the water test.
The carpets where left on top of the bed.
Would have preferred a longer wait with a better finish.

Shame you don't look after your second hand sales caravan purchase's like you do new.Had a service last year still not had quote for work that needed doing

buying this camper at £20,000 was the worst deal I have ever done! it had a damaged skylight, paint peeling off the roof of the Fiat body neither was visable from the ground or the office window and your company refused to rectify. Had my wife and I been able to view this damage we would never have bought it Shame on you.
