I paid for a non-existant NewLeaper Fashion Weeek Experience

I paid for a NewLeaper Fashion Week Internships immersion program and the experience was nothing like what they said it would be. I had to pay almost $1,000 upfront and the company they promised I would intern with never materialised and the job was basically handing out leaflets outside 2 shows, and one of them was a student fashion show.

I'm really not happy about this experience and needed the internship for credit.

The company refused to give me my money back or find me a real internship. I spent almost $3,000 for the experience including flights and hotel they recommended which was a hostel sharing a room with others.
