I ordered one of their batteries off their website and it arrived in relatively good time, however the battery I had gotten turned out to be defective where it couldn't boot up my device without being plugged in. I contacted their support email, and they were very proactive in trying to help me diagnose the issue. In the end, they gave me a full refund without having to return the battery back. While I think I was just unlucky with the purchase, I cannot deny that their customer service was beyond my expectations.

The battery I ordered arrived well packed and was correct for my application. I was unable to track my package, however, which was worrysome. I had recently been scammed by another vendor who took my money but never delivered my goods. Better email communications with your customers would greatly improve your business.

I ordered a new battery for my laptop and it arrived just within 14 working days. On arrival I had to add around 9€ in taxes which was paid directly to the courier. I was not aware of that, but it was fine for me. The battery was packed very well and with care and even came with all necessary tools which were needed to change the old to the new one.
Unfortunately the battery in the end was not the correct one as for my battery type there are two models with very minor differences.
But I have to say, that the return and refund process was handled professionally and quick. A return label was send via email and once my return arrived, they immediately refunded me.
So in the end unfortunately it was not the correct battery, which also was my own fault, but they handled everything with professionalism.
I am going to order again to get the correct one now.

Immediately after the order I was contacted by the seller to make sure that I the battery version I ordered will fit my application. Delivery took some time but I was informed about that beforehand as the battery I needed wasn't in stock at the warehouse close to me.
Battery arrived nicely packaged and version is corect, some tools were also included. Fits great, works perfectly.

Orderd a new battery for my laptop. They spontaneous asked different specifications not to send me a battery that doesn't. That was a good new experience with an internet retailer. The battery fitted exactly and works perfectly. Manny Thanks.
