I ordered a Macbook battery. Unfortunately it arrived with a dent - I reported it and had it refunded the same day. Very trustworthy and professional approach from Joe.

A real company that delivered what I asked for in the way that I asked for it. Packaging was good, product was good (I bought a battery for a thinkpad in case you're worried this review is fake).

A lot of laptop accessory places are kinda untrustworthy, but this one was the real deal. Pleased. Would buy from again.

I ordered the wrong charger.
It's impossible to return it and get the other model, which is the same price. I was told that wasn't possible. Many other sites allow it.

This is appalling behavior from New Laptop Accessory. I strongly advise against using them. Avoid them at all costs!

I ordered a new battery for my laptop as the official manufacturer was out of stock. This battery comes in 2 capacities, I ordered the bigger one on this website and when it was delivered, I realized I received the smaller one. I didn't open it and immediately emailed their support.

They answered quickly, were helpful and suggested me if it was ok with me to test the one I received and, if it works correctly, to get refunded part of the price, which they quickly did after confirmation.

While a bit frustrating at the beginning, good experience overall and I can say it is safe to order here

This started bad - I ordered a battery, according to their website it was the correct one for my laptop. When it arrived, it was a completely different shape and size to the original. The website was wrong.

Here's the good bit - I told them there was a problem, they refunded me immediately, apologised for the mistake and suggested I sell the battery on eBay rather than returning it.

Sometimes it's how a company behaves when they make a mistake which defines them as great.

All my enquiries were dealt with in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. A highly recommended company.

A honest company with integrity. Had a minor problem and delay with the delivery firm, but with great communications with Joe, it was sorted rapidly. I received the battery well packaged, the battery came with tools to install (I wasn’t expecting that) Battery was fully charged and working great. Great company and highly recommended. Cheers!

Claimed to be coming from stock in U.K. warehouse. Two weeks later it’s still in Hong Kong.
So beware if you are ina hurry like me.

The product that I ordered was fine only the delivery was more than 6 weeks…

The communcation was good.
The product itself smelled very chemical, but i think thats normal for a technical product like a battery.

Just writing a review because he sent an email asking me to. I bought a keyboard and it showed up, was well packaged, and it worked. Nuff said.

I ordered an accu and the company also checked they were sending the correct item, but unfortunately it did not arrive. Newlaptopaccessory refunded my order. They were always respectful and helpful.

I had no idea how to change a computer battery and found that this company was very easy to work with. They made sure that I had ordered the correct battery, asking for a photo of the old one before sending the new one. It was a very easy process and I would definitely order from them again.

Prompt delivery of an obscure battery, beat the price and speed of other major retailers and Aliexpress. Honestly can’t recommend this site enough.
