Didn’t arrive for over a 10 days
Didn’t arrive for over a 10 days, had no communication from Nevisport , had to chase up where the item was myself . Received an automated message saying it was due to arrive the previous Friday which was five days behind. Would not have been such an issue however it was a birthday gift and the website said delivery within 48 hours.

Pleased with my purchase. Feels comfortable to wear.
The rucksack purchased was as expected and at the best price available. It would have been nice to have an additional front pocket but for an 18L it was one of the few that came with a waist/hip strap which is what I wanted. It looks as if the rain cover will sit nicely over the top of the rucksack between the straps and top and not ping off like it has with previous rucksacks. The communication with regards delivery and tracking was muddled and incorrect but the goods did turn up just after the 3-5 days quoted.

Terrible. I was unable to collect my parcel from the collection point that it had been taken too, following a missed delivery. I contacted the courier to receive a collection code, but was unable to get through to them. I contacted Nevisport, they also did not respond.

If I could leave a zero star review I would do. I ordered a sun hat exactly a week ago and received an order confirmation and advised that tracking information would be forwarded once the item was dispatched. A week later I'd received no further updates so contacted Nevisport customer services. They advised me that the item was out of stock and stated they would refund in 3 to 5 days. This is absolutely shocking. How did it take a week and for me to chase them before they thought to let me know. I'll never purchase from them again

Terrible service, item took over a week to be delivered and when I contacted customer services they never responded to my query. To make matters worse after having no contact whatsoever from customer services they emailed me asking me how I rate the support I received!

Returns process unclear
Very unclear about returns process for items. Ordered 2 pairs of saxx boxers. It was clear on opening the first pair that they were the wrong size. Not tried on and NS refused refund.
Nothing on the product page to indicate they were not returnable. And nothing during checkout either. It’s buried in terms and conditions.
Companies like step1 etc allow this, even Marks and Spencer. No reasoning with them. Delivery is a nightmare, sourced from different stores. Delivered at different times and had to chase. Used NS a few times. They can be competitive on price occasionally, but never again.
