By accident I bought the wrong software package (AudioScore). I wrote to the sales department, and was told to buy the right software package (PhotoScore) first, after which they would refund me for the wrong purchase.
I must admit that I was a bit suspicious in the first place, but after all it was me that made the mistake, so I bought the right version, and afterwards they returned the amount to my account.
