My initial visit was amazing. After taking a new med prescribed I was having an adverse reaction. I messaged & after 5 business days of waiting for a response I figured I’d just schedule another appt. Well that appt was suppose to be today. My zoom appt was scheduled at 2pm. I joined the call at 1:50. At 2:30 I ended the zoom with the dr never even bothering to join! Sat there & wasted 40 mins of my time for nothing. I then messaged customer service, have not got a response. Then I called customer support 2x. Both calls claimed I was 1st in line, but after waiting for 5 mins both times it prompted me to leave a message and I would get a call back. That has not happened either.

They advertise an appointment within 5 days but my provider for Cigna was two months out. I emailed them and they said they could get it faster if they called me. They proceeded to try to sell me the membership and when I insisted on when could I see my provider --- guess what? Two months out. Shady AF.

This company is a monthly membership subscription plus fees. They took my money then set appointment for two weeks later then 15 minutes prior to appointment they cancelled! And tried to book me out another two weeks! They are still continuing to contact me after Several demands they stop! Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
