A 2.2/5 on Trustpilot says it all. This company doesn't work with clients - it just does the dirty work and it's not even any good at that!

They have youngsters vetting applications from senior professionals and rejecting them for the most spurious of reasons, mainly because they don't understand the needs of the sector.

If your company is looking to recruit the best, most experienced staff, don't penny-pinch and use Networx.com!

applied for jobs and says on all ..
application processing even tho a job recruitment ended on 31st of Jan still says application processing this website is a complete waste of time any jobs that go via this website I do not apply for it need removing off of the Internet as its not aiding people to get interviews at all

Only gave 1 star as there isn't an option for 0 stars. You apply for a job, get an interview, then have to assume you didn't get it as no further contact. If you email they just ignore it, no option of feedback. All about earning money shameful.

After a few phone calls and the interview, you soon get ghosted you leave messages and text but nothing! they don't have the decency to tell you no, clearly just a numbers thing so the recruiter hits there KPI's

I was working at a company but when I applied for another position networx sent a message that you have not got the skills !to keep you in the existing post ,they are linked to other organisations ,and make sure you don’t get in !so beware when you see the networx logo they have contracts between them to do this !

Rubbish, all they did was add a pointless extra step to the hiring process. Nobody should be looking to hire people through companies like this.

Was messaged on whatsapp without any prior contact or knowledge of this company. Asked for my data to be deleted and for no further contact to be made between us, which was ignored

I've not used the software as a recruiter, but as a candidate/applicant it is incredibly 'user-unfriendly'. I found it long, problematic and dis-engaging. I have no doubt it will be putting good applicants off applying for roles.

Straight turn-down on 2 jobs. No feedback, nothing. When future employers ask why do I have a gap in employment- because of faceless anonymous companies like this.
