Product arrived broken.

Very helpful women on the phone. Very easy to get sorted, I made a mistake and needed next day delivery and she was happy to change this for me. Excellent

Good experience, reasonable prices until I hit the checkout. I was near enough £11 for shipping from the UK to the UK I was absolutely shocked as I had only budgeted for the price and like a lot cheaper shipping. It was very surprising but overall a good experience apart from the shipping costs

I de-selected next day delivery from my order by mistake and emailed customer care asking for it to be shipped next day (to fix my mistake!). Connor at customer care sorted it all for me - my order will now arrive in time for my sons birthday!!

Good products but if you got a problem you can’t get through to fix it, nobody answers the phone 📞

But tbf once I got through the customer service chap did sort it out for me

This is one of the worst customer issue experiences I have ever dealt with. Not all the items I ordered shipped. When I inquired about it, was told that item had been delivered, even though the dispatch email confirmation from New World Sports didn't have the item on there. I have been passed around from person to person when dealing with email. Kept being told that item was delivered and signed for in my organisation. I am not disputing that some items have arrived and been signed for but not all of them. I have tried to call and been on hold for 45 minutes before cutting out. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Wont buy from them again.

Every thing from start to finish was straight forward

Great customer experience. Quick to respond to emails. Friendly team members. Experienced a problem with the couriers. Connor from Net World Sports communicated quickly and corrected the issue.

Rebecca was really helpful. I had ordered off the webpage but forgot to add the discount code that was available at the time. She very kindly refunded me the difference and posted my order out. Now that’s proper customer service!! Recommended!!

Good pricing but expensive delivery to the Isle of Wight

Paid £8 for delivery, 4 days later still not dispatched…. Customer service awful, spent 20 minutes waiting to talk, then a young lady kept laughing as obviously messing around with a colleague kept putting me on hold as could not control laughter before cutting me off. Then had to call again and wait in a queue. Hopefully calls are recorded call with L***a ended at approx 19:29 and some training can be given to staff on how not to treat a customer enquiry.

Zip not great and hard if you have arthritic hands. Very fiddly to get done up but nice warm robe. Just a shame the zip spoils it as I'll have to think twice about how often I wear it

I’m afraid sadly it was nightmare and stressful experience for me, I placed an order but it never arrived in time frame I was promised and then every time I called customer service they always promised the world but in reality nothing happened plus it takes minimum 40 to 60 minutes to get through a customer service representative…it was total waste of many hours of my valuable time and yet they are not very apologetic about it. Not again!!!

Great experience, easy to find what I was looking for and easy checkout with delivery times supplied

Paid extra for next day and still haven't received it very disappointing as wanted to play whilst camping at the weekend
