The agent I spoke with (Chad in Billing) was extremely helpful. I had received an expiration notice from Network Solutions that my email storage needed to be renewed. Chad not only was able to resolve that but was a great listener regarding my experience with Network Solutions (NS) in general. NS needs to do a better job of communicating with the iPage customers that are left feeling mistreated challenged by the merger with NS.

Riley, who handled my issue was excellent. She was very friendly, very helpful and really knew what she was doing. She handled my issue with one call. In comparison to the other domain vendor I use, the call took less than 15 minutes after being on hold with the other guys for over an hour and a half. Definitely will be using more of Network Solutions.

Network Solutions has a chatbot that's sometimes useful and when it's not it quickly goes to live support and I've always been happy with their live support. That's not something I typically say about most companies. Network Solutions is an exceptional experience!

We have had our domain deleted with no warning then paid to get it back & was told all was well & we would have all emails back etc then the next day (today) we still have no emails & are losing £1000's in sales we have now been told the emails are not working because the MX file are sorted this was not told to us yesterday so we were lied to!!

I was able to get my account closed with minimal hassle. It was not as clear as I think it should have been on how to close my account. It took several attempts to figure out that I needed to get to account manager to close the account- even then it wasn't clearly indicated. Network Solutions has been a good company to use for having an internet presence.

Customer Service is great, and my rep Sky was very patient and kind. However, I still get emails from Network Solutions every 3 days or so, which offer no information whatsoever (help a girl out by stating what is due, how much it costs, and when it's due). So I had to spend 15 minutes with the wonderful Sky to resolve my bill, which is due in two months. I'm sure I'll get another notice of the bill being due from Network Solutions in three days. Sigh

I have been a customer for more than 20 years. I recently purchased a yearly subscription to the MyTime service. It has been a disaster because I cannot access MyTimve directly. I have spent more than two hours on hold over 4or 5 attempts trying to speak with someone. My suggestion is to run, don't walk away from Network Solutions. Both the people you speak with, trying to get technical support, and the technical support specialist are arrogant and rude, and come across as saying, "How can you be so dumb?" It's terrible, just terrible.

The people who spoke with me online were unfailingly polite and helpful. I can only be thankful they were patient. I don't always express that quality. Luna was very sweet and knowledgeable. She corrected a problem for which we had called three times over one month period and no one was able to resolve. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years and sadly I have to say that this is one of the only times things went well.
All they want is to sell and up sell!!!
