Network Solutions email server customer service is garbage! It is worse than Xfinty customer service, which is hard to do.

My website and email have been down since Monday. I spent hours with tech support who spoke to me in canned phrases but offered little help. Every conversation ended with “you need to wait 24 to 48 hr”. The “48” came and went with little improvement. Reps are very polite but otherwise incompetent. My website is still down 4 days later, and they cannot figure out the solution. I am at a dead end here.
Updated 05-15-2026. A day after posting my review above, I received another canned reply from NS, but the website magically came back online at about the same time. I am grateful for that, but did they not do it when I first called them?

The attention, patience, and time they dedicated to explaining everything to me was truly a very pleasant experience. Thank you.
