Thank you for your comment, however having looked at your account in detail, it appears that you have changed/deleted entries in the zone file and then set up URL redirects from the domain name to itself etc.
Unfortunately all these actions make it impossible for your hosting to work as it is no longer linked to your domain name.
We have implemented the corrective measures and your domain name now points to your hosting (Joomla). Our support department will be able to help you via the ticket you have already opened.

Great EU registrar
Due to USA tariffs, I shut down my Namecheap account of 20 years and moved everything to Netim. It was a smooth and easy process. Great management interface, cheaper prices, and no issues at all.
