Serious lack of Customer service!

Ordered and paid for an item, despite their promises of next day delivery I am still waiting for it to arrive.
I have contacted them through social media and their online bot more than once however I received no reply until I was forced to comment on their Facebook post, have received a response and despite being assured it would be looked into urgently I am still waiting.
This is not the first time I have purchased from them but it will certainly be the last.
