Shocking organisation and horrible rooms. I had the misfortune to stay at one of their properties and it was terrible. They refused to help in any capacity and I am now claiming reimbursement through my credit card company. My advice would be to not book with this organisations unless you like dirty, smelly tired rooms which are unsafe (there was no ability to lock the room door from the inside - it had only a digital code pad on the outside so anyone with the code could enter the room at any time). Check out online reviews for this organisation’s rooms and look at the pictures. I stayed at The Warwick room in London.
