Useless Sense Of Hope.
Having only dealt with one office within this company,
THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON THE CONDUCT OF ONE OF THE REPRESENTATIVES I DEALT WITH.

The company was known as NES International, NES Overseas and often simply "NES" before becoming NES Global Talent as part of a re-branding exercise in 2011.
The business grew impressively and was sold to AEA Investors in 2012 for £234m, more than three times as much as it was valued six years previously.
Due to our strong financial base we have been able to make 5 strategic acquisitions in the last 5 years, adding Energy People, RC consultants, Sure Flow, Frontica Advantage and Ziegler's Oilfield Consulting to our portfolio. This means we are now by far the largest oil and gas staffing provider in the industry.
In the last 12 months we have also successfully diversified our business and transferred the NES brand in to 6 complementary sectors such as Power and Construction, enabling the business to not only survive but continue to thrive in over 48 countries across the globe.
So you would expect quite a good level of service?
Not the case unfortunately, sent my CV (as they advertise in a lot of job search platforms).
Waited over two weeks for a response.
Communication then began via WhatsApp and several landline phone calls.
I listened to the agent, being told " I would be ideal candidate, blah blah blah"
Continued to ask about the job for another week or so, and then I got a date for the interview.
The interview however was not just around the corner, travelled a lot of miles to find out the advertised job did not match the the role whatsoever.
On returning home I contacted the office, asked to speak to a manager and was put onto the rep who sent me for the job.
After a few words, I was insulted, and accused of having a attitude, being upset because I didn't get the job.
I didn't get the job because
• The person miss informed from the start.
• The Person sat in an office needs to look at a Map.
• The Person needs to get facts right
• The Person should have put more thought into selection, and not how much commission I'll get.
I was also told not to ever apply for any future jobs that are advertised by this particular agent of Nes Global Talent.
So I won't apply for any again.
Still waiting reimbursement of travelling costs as promised weeks ago,
So in a nut shell, terrible first and last experience.
