Do NOT buy from them
I have paid for a neon sign one month ago and have not heard anything sense
I have emailed many times and sent messages on social media and no response at all
AVOID!!

Thieves who don't reply to e-mails!!!!
I complained in their comments Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, ... I AM IGNORED!
I got my money back, thanks to my insurance with my bank.
Never buy from them.

Still zero communication back from this company regarding my order placed in November. I've emailed the customer support address daily over the last two weeks asking for a refund of £220 as the sign is clearly not coming…. But Neon Freek are still ignoring customers. Leaving this review in hope that this company have not gone bust and will actually get back to me to resolve this issue

This company completely ignores any request for help.Charged me for a sign that was never delivered.Just nothing!!I I should have read the other reviews before I ordered, seems like a pretty common occurrence. I'm on week three with no response or refund...

Very good communication and fast. Made my wishes come true and couldn't be happier.

I finally received my order a few days after I submitted my initial review back on 9/25 but no thanks to the customer service at Neon Freek. They just now responded to my email just to confirm I received the package before they re-shipped the order. I'm still not happy with the customer service experience I received with this company.

The light itself was great, very beautiful but the electrics it comes with arevery dangerous. I had an electrician make it safe but could have been very dangerous as live wires are accessible and prone to little fingers, liquids and so on. I contacted NEON freak to advise what my electrician had said but they did not respond and so am leaving a review to make others aware.

I placed an order with them on August 26 and a few weeks later they emailed me stating that my order had been lost in transit. In the same email they informed me that I would be getting another email shortly with a tracking number. I then received an email Asking me to leave a review because I see that I had received my order. I sent them 3 more emails stating that I had not received my order and I have not heard anything from them. This is why I am leaving this review so they can hopefully see this in address my request. Where is my order?!?

Great service from Neon Freek! I ordered white Akatsuki cloud neon light. It was quickly delivered, carefully packed. Unfortunately there was a mistake and red light arrived instead of a white one. I contacted their customer service and it was quickly resolved. They were so nice and generous that they send me a new light right away. Thank you Neon Freek! Highly recommend. :)

I received my light a couple months back and I love it, but now it has become a fire hazard by switching itself on, some of the bars are going out and now the light wont turn on at all. I haven’t touched it either in case I cause any damage. Been emailing the company about this, asked for a video which I sent over but now the shop seem to be ignoring my emails requesting for help.

AMAZING!
This light is so beautiful, it was shipped so quickly and is such high quality. The design and colours are perfect and was easy to mount. You can dim and brighten the light as well as flash it! Definitely worth getting.

My lamp wasnt even painted and showed up wirh the white primer coating on it instead of being painted black

Product is great and dimmer switch is a nice touch.

Product arrived with thr wrong plug for New Zealand so I had to buy another one separately.

I love my product from neon freek. They responded to my questions and inquiries very quickly and professionally and they brought my product to life 100% recommend

Neon Freek provided probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. They shifted through colour schemes and different designs that I requested till I had found what I wanted. They also respond to emails extremely quickly. The sign I purchased was also of great quality, and something that looks great in my home.

Amazing customer service and quality product. Packaged securely and the Fireflies neon light itself is absolutely stunning!
