Incompetent and unpleasant
My son started a new job 4th Jan 2021 in London UK and found via Nelson Sales, Mrs. Munzia last half December 2020 a very nice apartment at Metro Central - Elephant & Castle around £2000/month. He chooses that apartment via Skype & telephone and dropped all other projects, proposed a guarantor , which was accepted by the landlord and then suddenly out of the blue, they say that the landlord sold the house. They could not care my son's position as now he had only a few days time before his arrival from Italy to UK in this difficult COVID-19 restriction times . They refused to give any info abt the Landlord , as totally no proof that house was sold or maybe given to other renters and nelson sales just say...go to cadastral and try to get info abt the owner.
Maybe Nelson sold the property ? I believe that my son is in title for compensation as he had to take another apartment , which was not really suitable for his needs, but he had no choice anymore due to the time limit. Incompetent ,unpleasant company , better find other people to buy or rent an apartment from.
