If i could give -5 stars i would do it, send them 4 emails a lot of dms, and even left a reaction on there instagram. Didn’t get an answer and been trying to contact them for a month. They made me pay more money than i actually needed to pay

My experience has been nothing short of Horrible! The wigs were nothing like pictured not even the right color. Not lace wigs as described on website and they are NOT EVEN HUMAN! They took forever to come and when they finally did this is what I got so I’m completely pissed and to add the cherry on top when I emailed for a return address to send them their products back, I have gotten no reply! I could’ve gotten a better wig from Party City! I am extremely disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Have been a loyal customer for many years and most of the time have received good customer service and have been very happy with my purchases. However a few weeks back there was a campaign with the offer spend 150€ get 50€ off. I purchased multiple things just to make sure my total will be over 150€ even if some things would not fit. At checkout the discount was divided as percentages off of every item and i did not think much of it. Then i returned a few things and my bill was updated and the discount is not even half of what it was supposed to be! Contacted customer service only to be told it is correct even though i have not received the discount that i was promised. They are changing explanations everytime i explain why this is not right and not valid with my case. Very unprofessional and it feels like as a customer i am not cared about. Latest email i received ended with ”We see this matter as completed.” I do not agree. Definitely makes me hesitate on future orders from Nelly.com :(

When I tell you I am beyond pissed off i emailed them the day after I ordered these cheap wigs to cancel my order and then twice a day everyday after for two weeks and when they finally responded TWO WEEKS LATER they told me so sorry it’s already been shipped then I went on Facebook and left a comment about how their scammers they blocked me I finally got the hair a month later there’s no lace it came with tissue on the inside they shed like crazy they smell like plastic and they came in ziplock bags don’t waste your money their scammers they steal pictures what their posting is not at all what your getting

I have been a customer on Nelly.com for YEARS. They have great prices, great customer service and a wide range of brands. Their own brand is also fantastic. Always quick and easy. Simply amazing!

I made an order of 23€ (5€ shipping costs) has never been delivered and came back as return. They refunded only 10€ and I never received my package. Shame on you.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I waited so long to receive my wig and it was nothing like what I ordered they did not listen to what I had purchased and sent me a wig that was nothing like the picture the hair was black and I ordered a brown wig which had blonde in it and they sent me a black wig it is nothing like the picture don’t advertise something if it does not look like it in real life I’m very upset with what I had received and I will not buy from her again. I am waiting on my refund.

If I could give no stars I would but this site is fake advertising point blank period! And also it say human hair but it is 100% synthetic hair it is silk strait synthetic hair and they do not give you the option of posting the hair be a they know they are false advertising! Hair is not what I ever selected and it sheds so bad! Company sucks!

Wow, great delivery my package was delivered in 3 days! The dress fits very well and is my normal size. Some wires were loose but otherwise super!

Nelly does not prioritize its customers not the customer experience. A packet was lost by the transporter, this is confirmed by the transporter, but Nelly will still require a 2 weeks waiting périod just to annoy the customer before opening a support case and issuing a refund.

I will never never order again!! I ordered a dress in size 36 which was too big so I returned for a 34. This dress was even bigger!!! Now I have 2 afterpay bills I have to pay because Nelly didn’t finish my other return yet! Also I wrote 3 emails to costumer service , but didn’t receive an answer yet...This website is really terrible! I used to order a lot here but now it’s really done for me!
