Needs to be more transparent. So far I have not found a way to get in touch with them. Even on their chat page, I have Ben waiting for two days and no answer, no one on the other end. Good luck getting it to them my mailer has not been able to deliver an e mail thus far.

Total scam !! Thought I was buying from Dunnes Stores . Trying to get my money back since December

SCAM /FRAUD Alert...I thought I was ordering with another company and accidentaly placed an order. I emailed right away to cancel but tthey still placed my order. I have been trying to get my money back since January 17th.

Fraudulent company. Avoid it at all costs thanks to Revolut, I got back my money. I never ordered anything from them, but they tapped into usual site that I buy from. Be very careful.

Purchased from a website I thought was Mountain Warehouse on the 20th of January. Should have known better when the Order email received was on a page without and identification of a company name or logo. Later received an email with tracking link. On March 4th, the link said it was delivered, but I did jot received. Need to stress we have never had a problem with post packages going missing.
Sent an email to the contact provided in the order letter. Should have known better- it was a Gmail ID. Received a response that the goods were delivered and "good luck".
Phoned Mountain Warehouse and was told the order was not to them. Checked my credit card statement- charge was to NEECLOTH.
Have contacted my credit card company regarding this.

I’ve ordered from Mountain Warehouse before , similar prices. Ordered again. Or THOUGHT I was ordering from them again. But this company came up instead on my invoice after I ordered. They said my package was delivered on Feb 12. No package delivered. SCAM. SCAM.

Do not use this company, purchased a pair of Vibrams on 1 Jan 2024, they sent an email saying product was delivered, sent details of international courier firm. Product hasn't arrived. Sent an email to service10 - no reply. Do not use this company.

I ordered with a site Brooksbrothersnederland. I was charged via Neecloth. I decided to cancel my creditcard immediately. When I mentioned the name Neecloth the employee at the credit card company let out a deep sigh. They know these scammers!!1

A scam. I was sucked into the lure of a 70% off sale for a look-alike website for Mountain Warehouse. I should have trusted my inner voice wondering why the site looked a little "off". The following day I looked up the website I'd ordered from and realized my mistake and when I looked into my credit card account and saw a charge for $80 with Neecloth (Hong Kong). I am so annoyed at myself for this lapse in good judgement, but have chalked it up to a good lesson. I called the number on my credit card to cancel my card and ask that the charge be investigated as fraudulent. I had an email from Service Center noreply-05informmailbox.com saying my order is on the way and that it could take 20 business days (yeah right). Happily I did get a reversal of the charge on my credit card.

Don't shop at this online shop, this is a fraudulent online shop, I shopped here $171.05 and didn't get the items I ordered, this shop traps buyers by giving big discounts and using well-know brands,this is really FRAUD and THEFT

Don’t buy from this company they are a complete scam, I paid $170 on pjs and they never arrived
They promote themselves as Peter Alexandra I didn’t realise until I saw the name on the bank receipt, I asked for a refund instantly and they replied saying they will look into it, 2 days later sent me a delivery and tracking notice which said it had already been delivered.

SCAM ALERT - This is a front company for other companies that never deliver what you order and then they claim that your order was delivered.

THIEFS ! They said they sell Hoff shoes, they charge but they never delivered. They said they delivery was done but never proof of it as they said on the previous revious.

Warnings: This company is engaging in fraudulent activities under various names. One of them is the fake Hugo Boss website: hugoboss.co.no. Their purported customer service operates under the name Service8. Be cautious with these names. The lesson I learned is to always check the company's registration number and TrustPilot reviews before making any online payments.

Fraud!!! Scammers!!! First off they paid Google to be at the top of search lists and misrepresented themselves as a legitimate clothier. Even using the name of a warehouse supplier. Then when I bought the goods I realized it was a scam as I was charged over $35.00 more than price at checkout. Conversion was already done on the website. They wouldn’t cancel the order either and delayed for about four days responding once a day asking , are you sure you want to cancel.
On the fourth day they said, sorry can’t cancel as it’s being shipped as of this email. Then they sent a link that is in Mandarin that I can’t translate. Absolute scammers. Do not trust them. They should be kicked off all legitimate servers. Listen Google. I’ve already reported them to your company and they are still at the top of searches. Disgusting. Had to cancel my credit card and the VISA fraud department was all too familiar with them. How does that make sense? How are they not blacklisted?
I fear I will never receive any shipment and will have to dispute this well after the fact. Because I was phished I have to wait at least 15 days before I can apply for a dispute. Very frustrating

Today I got my credit card statement and there was a charge from this company and I have never heard of them. Needless to say I put in a FRAUD report and what a pain they caused since the card NOW has to be reissued.

Scam !!! Don't buy anything because no delivery !!

Total scam, using multiple web sites such as Topstore, and many others on .top domains. Ordered on what appeared to be a normal secure website, credit card charge was to Neecloth Hong Kong. Product never delivered, never received by the US Postal Service. They claim it was delivered. Customer service emails keep leading you on.

This company is a scam paid for goods and received nothing when I emailed they tried to tell me it was delivered but nothing was delivered to me and they won’t tell me who the delivery company were supposed to be . Stay well clear of this site 😡

Today Chase informed me that "Neecloth" tried to charge $42.31 to my card. I have never even heard of this site until today. Now I have to wait for a new card and then change all bills that I have automatically charged to it to the new card. What a hassle. These ppl are evil.
