They canceled my order but did not refund my money!!
I placed an order at nded.nl in September and did not get any confirmation that the order had been made despite having the charge on my credit card, so the next day I contacted them, which cost me quite a bit, They told me that they had to cancel my order because that article was not in stock, this was not announced on the web and today is still shown as available, all this was September 24, a month later I'm still struggling because they give me back the money , the store is a disaster and the customer service more, I do not recommend it at all !!!
