Same experience as other reviewers. After I paid hundreds of euro over to Paul he had promised me a refund and never repaid it back to me. Stopped answering phone calls and would not return emails. It’s just plain robbery. Paul will take your money no problem and is very nice at the beginning and seems very helpful, once the money is paid that’s it, you get a completely different experience and they do not deliver the service they advertise. Personally after my experience I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with them. Paul looks to still be at this with other families. It’s so wrong how he operates on so many levels. Disgusting. I left a google review after my horrible experience with Paul and it was the only time he responded to me, only then did he say to me if I took down my review he would refund me. I said I would remove my review after receiving the refund but he never refunded me. He then hid the reviews on google so nobody would see my comment. Still to this day (Oct 2025)I have not received any of my money back from Paul.

Great experience with Paul. We have had 3 Au Pairs from him. Excellent service and great Au Pairs. Highly recommended

This man Paul promised to pay me back my deposit €1300 as he could not deliver and refuses to engage.

This has been a long drawn out story and you can all read about it in the Sunday Times soon. I just wanted other people to be aware.

Very bad experience. Paid a deposit (€675) as was told up front and on the official quotation that it was fully refundable if they weren't able to secure a suitable au pair placement. After the deposit was received they didn’t provide any options at all .We subsequently requested a refund. They stopped answering calls or responding to emails/messages. Its now 6 months later and still no refund
