Would not recommend purchasing updates…

Would not recommend purchasing updates as riddled with errors.
Have a 2015 Subaru and resisted paying an exorbitant fee for a map update for the longest time. Decided in late 2022 to get a update download.
What a waste of money - find that there are lots of errors where there should not be on some pretty major routes.
I primarily rely on my (quite old) portable Garmin Nuvi for which I get free updates and the accuracy is really good.
Save your money and don't buy the way overpriced naviextras updates.

Obnoxious Support Personnel

This company has the most obnoxious tech/customer support I have ever delt with. The lady I spoke to was very condescending and would not listen to my explanation of the problem. I have worked in tech support since 1980 and am still active in computer related things and understand how it can be for telephone support people. There is an art talking to people and this company does not teach it. The map update process is cumbersome and unnecessarily complicated. The map updates are vastly overpriced when you can buy a Garmin for less money with free updates for life. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely crap bought a navi stick…

Absolutely crap bought a navi stick with updates on it. Changed my car a month later with an exactly identical car , same 10th letter on vin ''G'' but was told by Here I would have to buy another stick. Do not use this company, go elsewhere. They just did not want to know. Said its not our fault its Vauxhall I thought by law its the suppliers responsibility to rectify a problem with their products.

Like someone else said DONT WASTE YOUR…

Like someone else said DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I paid $164.00 Canadian and I have been trying to update of and on since September 2019, with no success. Looks like they burned me for the money. A lot of gas for my vehicle was also wasted. May not be able to get my money back, but would like to make sure no one else gets burned. Save your money and buy a new vehicle with the latest map.

DO NOT do business with these people

Bought the CD's to update my Jeep Grand Cherokee and installed per directions, now the navigation system is inoperative. Called the company and was told to reinstall the CD's (I did, no help) or "wait a couple of days" and the problem might "go away". Third alternative was to take the Jeep to my dealer because the navigation is "stuck" according to the rep.....do not do business with these clowns. I will be looking for a refund of my $100 and any associated costs with repair.

These guys are the biggest crooks…

These guys are the biggest crooks going, they sell you a code number and never send the disc to down load the maps for a hundred dollars and then tell you to take it to the dealer and have maps downloaded by dealer, who then charges you 210.00 to download into your car. you end up paying close to 310.00 to for everything. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS..... Lot of these dealers won't except or do the downloads!!!!

Chatting with machine

I tried to chat with customer service, but there was a robot trying to act as a human being. And this computer just tried agiain and again to make a dialog for making new orders, when I called with questions to an old order.
