I used to be a loyal navabi customer - even after the change(s) in ownership / management. The quality always remained very good.
But for weeks, almost months now, the (German) website is telling us "We'll be back soon. Just get a fresh look". In what world does "quick" take that long? And why is there no information to be found on the web (let alone the homepage itself)? Are they out of business? Do they restategize? What ever it is ... let your customers know, for heaven's sake! You had a good thing going there ... But even the most loyal of costumers will run out of patience eventually. Very disappointed!

Clothes arrived quickly, am very happy with my purchases. One of the tops has the press stud in the wrong place which I had to move, however still very happy.

I have something I would like to buy in my basket but when I input my address and have to put in a country, it seems the UK is no longer listed. Has UK been deleted - if so there is little point in sending me emails regarding items for sale.

My main question is, though, why take over a brilliant brand with a loyal customer base (for a lot of money) and then stop selling the products the customers want?

I left a review a few weeks ago which Navabi did respond to with lots of promises of resolving the issues I have experienced. I replied to their questions and guess what - no response since even though I have emailed several more times. I am so angry and frustrated.
All I want is to be able to get my refunds - I am so angry, frustrated and at my wits end.
Navabi - please just help resolve this and stop ignoring my emails. This has been going on since June. It is not acceptable regardless of where the problems are stemming from. As the retailer, you should be supporting the customer to resolve the matter.

Poor customer service
I can echo the review below. I returned an order at the beginning of September. As I had not received my refund I contacted Navabi in October, Navabi explained that the issue was with DHL and Brexit. Despite several email exchanges, my last two emails to customer service over the last 10 days have been ignored. DHL, today delivered my return’s back to me, interestingly it came from Germany (7weeks after I returned it!). Navabi not responding to my email enquiring what I now do !!

Awful Clothes & Terrible Returns Service
I used to use Navabi quite a lot and liked their clothes and the fact they were slightly different than the usual high street bits.
Now, you have to order over £200 to get shipping to the UK - which I managed to do however the quality has deteriorated dramatically and most of the clothes have to be returned.
What used to be a very simple process is now ridiculous. My parcel was collected by DHL (that part was easy to organise) on 3rd October. My parcel is still with DHL as they need some more information from Navabi and have been trying to get a reply from them for 2 weeks! Therefore I now have no clothes and no refund and no way of getting intouch with Navabi to resolve it as they are now ignoring my emails.
Avoid at all costs!

I would'nt usually leave a reveiw,but there are so many negative ones here that I feel I should.
I have only just found this company and like the different fashions they offer, yes the £200 per order is annoying but I soon reached that!
I think the trouble is the returning, and after reading on here I dreaded it.
I emailed them for full step-by-step instructions,I had a reply the next day.
DHL arrived same day to collect, but refused the parcel queryiny the paperwork. Emailed navabi, quick response! and insisted to driver that the paperwork was correct.
It was delivered to Germany the next day, and refunded to me the day after.
Very happy with my items and service!

i have used this company for a long time ordering through the UK site and delivering to the UK after BREXIT I started using the German site and delivering to Greece where i live .SINCE DOING THIS THE SERVICE HAS BEEN SO UNRELIABLE
I place an order 17th 8 which was charged and apparently returned by DHL as it was damage . I was told my card would be reimbersed and to reorder ,No communication from Navabi to inform me .I reordered 26,8 21 in good faith and again the same but am unable to speak to anyone have sent emails and no reimbursements to my bank account

I am afraid that I could not find a minus button to rate navabi. I ordered on 8th of August 2021 (15 days ago) with an order value of more than 500 swiss francs. My card has been debited for the amount but apart from an invoice generated on the 8th of August I don't have any update on my the status of my order.
I have written emails (4 emails) and called the customer care service number (3 times) provided on the website. The customer care staff was rude and banged the phone down saying that they cant help me.
Overall a frightful experience and I wish I had seen the trust pilot reviews before placing the order.
CAN THE NAVABI TEAM SORT THIS OUT ASPA? THIS SEEMS LIKE A FRAUD AND THE SUM OF 504 CHF IS A LARGE AMOUNT... TERRIBLE SERVICE AND AN UNENDING NIGHTMARE OF CHASING NAVABI TEAM WHO DON'T RESPOND.

Should be ZERO stars
One star is generous. I ordered 4 items, they took nearly 3 weeks to arrive (in the USA). I tried them on and none was good for me (too big, poor quality materials, not as pictured, etc.). I was working with a Stylist and had ordered multiple items from multiple retailers which I needed to try on together. This company @navabiFashion has a TWO WEEK RETURN POLICY - who else has that short of a return window?! By the time I had made a decision (about 25 days) I proceeded to start the return process for many of the various items I had ordered, which is when I realized I had missed Navabi's return-by date. I missed other return-by dates as well, and emailed all of those companies and ALL BUT NAVABI said "of course, we will accept your return of unworn merchandise with tags still attached." But not Navabi. Nope. I emailed the company, and when I FINALLY got a response it was "Unfortunately, [a return] is no longer possible." WOW. Everything still has the tags, the clear plastic bags each was packed in (with dessicants) and the original box. This company won't take them back. WASTED $417US. -- DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I am just very sorry I didn't find this site and the terrible reviews here before I ordered. Ugh. A very expensive lesson. I've posted on Facebook and Twitter. I don't have a lot of followers on either but hopefully sharing my experience will prevent someone else from wasting good money.
Navabi Just Don’t Care.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company. Please save your money and steer well clear if you have any sense. The Brexit referendum happened in June 2016 and STILL Navabi has not sorted out a working returns procedure for clothes bought by their UK customers. My experience was shockingly awful - caught between Navabi and DHL blaming eachother for faults within the returns procedure. For the second time now, my return items (totalling more than £100) have landed back on my doorstep. The latest attempt I even paid for myself using Deutsche Post! Navabi’s excuse when my return items arrived back on German soil ... it is not part of their “day-to-day” duties to collect parcels from the Customs Office. So how are refunds for UK customers ever going to be processed if Navabi cannot arrange for even a weekly trip to the parcel collection point? Needless to say, I have asked Navabi to delete my personal data under GDPR legislation. I do not want to be part of their customer base any longer. Customer Service even admitted that there are “...hiccups and misinformation within the process". I am unsure why customers like us have to suffer those consequences. At this point (over a month of back and forth on returns), they should provide a refund out of sheer goodwill. The truth of the matter is ... Navabi just don’t care. Zahir Dehnadi (Co-Founder and CEO) has a lot to answer for and I hope he reads each and every one of these complaints. Never again will I buy from the company.

I've always bought from here but now they have changed and returns are now with DHL not Royal Mail! Theres no return details in the box so I have no idea how to return it & no reply from them .. will def not buy from them again :(

DHL came today to collect my returns...wouldn't take because i didn't have a return invoice.
After 3 attempts DHL sent me a form to fill in which basically made the invoice.
Complete nightmare...and with minimum order now being £199 it will have to be something special to get me to order.
This company lies about its return…
This company lies about its return process. It is not free. For months I have returned 2 products worth over $900 and they said because the company in which they specifically use Dhl made a mistake they are not responsible for the mistakes dhl made even though they received it at their return shipping office. They sent back the item so I have to pay a double international return shipping fee. Thats dishonesty at their finest. ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY TIPPING PEOPLE OFF. Look up there reviews and you will see multiple people with these return issues.
