Wow 🤩 just received my well packed parcel and inside the most beautiful coral octopus which is so much bigger and more wonderful than I imagined it to be !
This is a gift for my husband to celebrate our 35th Coral Wedding Anniversary and he loves octopuses so he will be thrilled with this. Thank you so much for a speedy delivery too 🥰

Last year on a trip to the historical docks at Portsmouth I went into the store and bought a Limit 1912 watch with a 2 year warranty. Unfortunately the watch fail but I am delighted that on contacting Nauticalia they agreed to send me a new watch with no quibble. Thank you Aiden for you speed and efficiency. I know the watch is not of a great value and I am delighted with their customer service.

I ordered an Admirality Chart and paid extra for a faster delivery. After not receiving the chart in the stipulated time, I chased up and got immediate response from the company. Turned out that Royal Mail had the parcel all along and were not able to deliver in time. The customer support staff at Nauticalia promptly refunded the extra delivery cost and also provided updates. It was very pleasant to see such a great response from their team! Highly recommend them if you are looking to buy sailing related gifts and gadgets!

Placed an order via their trade sales website as I had previously purchased from SDL Imports and Nauticalia had taken them over. I placed an order on 31st December asking for an invoice for payment. Several days went by and nothing, so I messaged and had a response stating that they would sent the invoice Monday/Tuesday 9th/10th Jan. Nothing received so sent another email - no response and now I notice the main website states its under maintenance. What is going on? I no longer want to go ahead with the sale as this is very dubious, no apology and no response. Order #9809

I have a few Nauticalia desk items, which I think are lovely pieces and I really enjoy using. However, for me, the real mark of company is its customer service. I had a problem with a recent order (which was no one's fault), and I honestly can't rate the excellent support I received from Lottie and Mandy more highly. Phone contact was friendly and helpful, subsequent emails were dealt with quickly and efficiently, I was kept informed on a regular basis, and the issue was resolved more than fairly. I was a little hesitant about ordering directly from Nauticalia after reading some negative reviews online, but my own experience has been excellent - which I hope will be helpful and reassuring for other people.

Terrible service, surly untrained staff. The drinks were served with huge gaps in between, they ran out of cakes after we had ordered them???? What cakes were left, turned up when the coffee had gone cold. No apologies or attempt to compensate, they obviously couldn't care less.

Excellent quality Merino wool submariner sweater. I ordered yesterday and it has arrived today! Great service and decent value for money for such a premium product. Medium has come up quite large if you were wondering about sizes.

Ordered item listed as in stock. Nauticallia charged my account on the same day but 4 days later informed me that they didn't have the item in stock and claimed I hadn't been charged though my card account shows that they charged me the same day. Site still shows item in stock, attempting to lure in fresh victims. Appalling customer service, dubious business practices bordering on fraud. Avoid like the plague, shop at a reputable site

Went to Nauticalia today and it’s now more cafe than anything else but was very pleasant as normal, they did not have the items I wanted in stock but quickly rang there central warehouse and when ready they will call so I can collect , very pleased with the service as we have brought many items over the years we have used this company , sat and had a good cup of coffee before making a move home , looking forward to going back soon , great friendly staff. If your in the shepperton area pop in well worth a coffee ,

Bought chrome plated Riviera clock and barometer they look stunning and will look really good on the boat.

Bought a 'Fleet Masters Review' Telescope from the shop in Greenwich. Excellent friendly staff who kindly stored it for me a week until I could collect it in my car. Very helpful and it looks stunning!!

I know nothing about this company, except that they acquire addresses illicitly (like my own) and then send junk mail such as catalogues.

If purchasing from them, it is likely they will send catalogues to any address given or delivered too. There is then no easy way to stop the junk mail.

Do not use!
