Very poor customer service. I emailed them around two month ago regarding the availability of their Nature's Aid St John's Wort.
It's a product of theirs I have been purchasing for over 20 years now, but has suddenly disappeared off the shelves pretty much everywhere.
They didn't bother to reply, so now I've had to consider other replacement products.
Disappointing.

Mold found in Vitamins
I had a bottle of vitamins from this brand and found visible mold inside, which was really concerning. I contacted their customer service and explained the situation, but they told me I would need to return the product through the retailer for a replacement. Unfortunately, I couldn’t remember which retailer I purchased it from.
Instead of helping resolve the issue directly, they simply told me to send the vitamins back and go through the store. Considering this is a potential product safety issue, I expected the company to take it more seriously and offer a replacement or refund without requiring retailer information.
Finding mold in a supplement is alarming, and the lack of support from customer service made the experience even more disappointing. I hope the company improves how it handles situations involving defective or contaminated products.

Following your report, we worked closely with our Quality Control team to review the information provided. While you initially mentioned the product may have been purchased from a supermarket, we understand you later confirmed that you were unable to recall where it was bought. We were unfortunately unable to verify the origin of the item.
As part of our standard safety procedures, we requested the return of the product so that it could be fully investigated. However, we understand the item had already been disposed of, which meant we were unable to carry out a full assessment.
We would like to reassure you that all of our products are manufactured to strict quality and safety standards, with rigorous controls in place throughout production and distribution. Reports such as this are always taken seriously and reviewed thoroughly.
If any further information becomes available, we would be happy to look into this again. Please feel free to contact our team directly.
