Sometimes, supplements that include milk thistle may cause gastric disturbances (often these disturbances may include loose stools, bloating, and/or constipation). Typically, if any of these symptoms occur, it is suggested to simply lower your dosage until the side effects subside.

I could have ordered from Walmart and had the basic same product already. I am super displeased about everyone blaming the pandemic for supply shortages on things and thinking that will keep everyone in a forgiving mood. It does not work for me anymore.
