Great products & customer service

Such great products, customer service nothing is too sweet and everything is high quality & the yerba is the best i have had in years.
They went above and beyond to help with a problem that they were not obligated to solve.

Dishonest and appalling business

Absolutely appalling internal communication.
Ordered some dry teas and 1x24 pack of cans on 12th Sep as it states “delivery in 2-4 business days” and I wanted the cans for an event I was hosting on 22nd Sep.
I received the dry teas on 17th Sep…
So I sent the company an email regarding 24pack not being delivered and they said it was a “courier issue”.
I contacted the courier and they said that they picked up what they were given by the company and delivered it…it was only 1 box with the dry teas in it. (Even the box states 1 of 1)
I sent the company another email to query this… “oh yeah, sorry. We will sent it out in the next couple of days and you’ll get a new tracking number.”
Friday came…and I had not received anything. So I emailed. I didn’t hear back…
A week went by…so I didn’t receive them for the event and I decided to email again…
“Oh, I have a note here saying you received your order on the 17th Sep” … they obviously didn’t even bother reading the email thread…as it mentions everything that has been communicated.
“Oh, I see now that you haven’t received it. I promise they will be send out next week (30th Sep) and you’ll get a new tracking number”
…….
2 weeks later… “hey, where’s my order”
Finally on the 14th of October…
“Oh sorry, we have been waiting for stock… we can send you half of the cans in the flavour you ordered and another half in another flavour, or we can give you a refund….”
So, I opted for the refund…

Why keep telling me you’ll be sending them out in a few days, and then next week… if you DON’T even have them in stock!!??
In Australia, according to the ACCC, it is actually illegal to sell a product that you are aware you do not have in stock.
This is why websites provide you with the option to mark items as “out of stock”.
ACCC was so very close to receiving an email from me…I’m actually still thinking about it tbh… purely because of the blatant dishonesty.
