*Warning about Natural Ether / Ed Brownman*

Sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision.

We paid over $2,000 to Ed Brownman (Natural Ether) for a shipment sent via EMS. Due to errors made during the shipment process — including incorrect information on the package and a problematic return address — the parcel was returned and is currently being held in the Netherlands.

EMS Israel confirmed that only the original sender can contact the carrier and initiate the investigation required to release the parcel.

Despite several emails and requests for help, we have received no response from the sender and no action has been taken. As a result, the parcel remains stuck.

Based on our experience, we recommend exercising extreme caution before doing business with this company.

Overall a great place to purchase root bark dye from. Natural Ether has exceptional customer service and great communication. I received my order in under a week from date of purchase, even with a bit of a payment error on my part. The only reason I'm knocking a star is because they don't support paying with card; Though, based on what they sell, that is understandable. After I use the bark, I'll update this review with how much dye I was able to get from it.
