Efficient and capable repair company
We contacted Nationwide Appliance Repairs after our Hisense Deep Freezer's thermostat broke. We spoke to Adam over the phone and he managed our enquiry with professionalism and organised a technician to come within a timely fashion.
Jimmy the technician came out to have a look and was able to identify the problem straight away. He also gave use multiple options to manage it, so we had a complete picture to work with. We ended up ordering the new part and this resulted in the freezer being repaired within a timely fashion.
Finally, Adam again handled ordering the parts efficiently and ensured we were happy with our service throughout our engagement with this company.
We'd strongly recommend this company, especially if you live within the Murrumbeena area. Very happy with our service.

Dodgy
Dodgy. One star is generous. Avoid at all costs. Simple things get fixed. For complex issues they are clueless - using YouTube on the site visit - and leave your appliance worse than when they started. Customer service is belligerent, unhelpful and lacking basic communication skills. They advertise as accredited but a phone call to the manufacturer proved otherwise. Hope this review can save you the hassle we experienced.
