Disappointing treatment considering advice

I would love to go to the National Gallery of Ireland again. However I paid 59.50 but unfortunately it was the hotest day of the year and two helpful staff said it was extremely hot in the area where the Painting workshop was. Further to this I sent an email checking it was okay if I could have a refund or come another time.  I had a reply to say that was fine. The following day I was told I could only have the option of coming back another day.  I would love to have but I don't want to be forced. From September it is unlikely I can do Thursdays unless I know at the last minute. I also don't like Proseco but I don't think any comment was made on this. I love champagne but Proseco too sweet. I could have paid extra if the offer was there.
