Got the job done
UPDATED TO THREE STARS BASED ON RESPONSE FROM NATIONAL DRIVER TRAINING. (I removed the portion that wasn't the fault of the company.)
Some of the course material is irrelevant to safe driving. Further, my teen had to retake all the tests after the National Driver Training Institute system lost the data. The price was better than other options and the course material was sufficient for the task.

We thank you for your updated feedback. We still want to emphasize that the topics we cover are all required by the state. There are a range of topics and time requirements that must be met. As far as the missing tests, we are unaware of your specific situation, however we apologize and wish that we would have offered you a better solution. Unfortunately the State of New Mexico has pretty specific rules about our course content as well as rules regarding how we can send and receive information. In every other state, students take the entire course online via our app, we send and receive information electronically, take tests online and communicate via our student portal. However New Mexico recently mandated (July, 2024) that students had to take a paper test and that all certificates had to be sent in the mail. We are equally as frustrated and continue to work with the state to encourage a more streamlined and electronic approach. Horrible
Horrible, outdated, redundant . Course needs to be rewritten. It’s the worst mess that I’ve ever seen in life . Just like the FAA it looks like it’s a 30 year old outdated system. Really we have no other approved course options so people have to suffer through this miserable course.
50% of content is useful - the rest is old school information. You need some competition which would force you to improve your course ,

I highly recommend this company. They were very helpful. Juan stayed in touch when we had some problems and helped us a lot to figure things out. We got my son's certificate by mail today. I will use this company with my second son.

Everything has been going great so far
Everything has been going great so far. However, the other day I went to get on the app, and it made me log in which it has never done before , usually I am already logged in. After I logged back in all my progress was gone and my course was completely reset. I was on page 520 and had already passed the parts to get my permit and was working on the material for my license. It reset everything and is making me start over and I went to the support bar and typed in my problem and have not got an email addressing my problem in over a week.

Nothing educational about this driver’s ed
The course wasn’t a true course, it’s just a bunch of pdf’s and outdated material. I honestly can’t even believe this is approved by the state as a driver’s ed course. The frosting on the cake was my daughter completing th course on the 17th but then giving us a certificate saying it was the 18th, prolonging the time until she could drive (we all know a day is a long way to wait for your license!)

Hi there! Your description does not sound like you are enrolled in our course. We offer an online course that is available as a mobile app. We do offer options for families that do not want their teen on an web-based platform, but that is an additional charge. It sounds as if you have already completed the course, but if you would like to call us to clarify, we'd be happy to help you.
