Words are not enough to describe the agony of dealing with this company. This courier company is the cure to online shopping! Any website which sells online should NOT deal with this company. As a customer, I will stop ordering from any platform that uses this company and its dedicated courier. The level of incompetence and lack of communication is mind-boggling.

Absolutely unacceptable service from Naqel Express.
A courier delivered a heavy item to my home and offered to bring it inside himself due to the weight. While wheeling it in on his trolley, he smashed into my wall and broke a large chunk of plaster off, causing visible damage.
I immediately took photos and video evidence with the driver standing there, clearly showing both the damage and the situation.
What followed was even worse.
Instead of taking responsibility, the company falsely claimed:
• that I asked the driver to bring it inside
• that there was no damage
Both statements are completely untrue and directly contradicted by the proof I provided.
For two weeks, I repeatedly emailed and called. Each time:
• cases were closed without resolution
• no one called back
• responses were copy-paste templates
• zero accountability was taken
This is not just poor service — it is blatant refusal to accept responsibility for property damage.
The lack of professionalism, ownership, and customer care is honestly shocking. I have clear evidence and am now considering escalating this further, including formal complaints.
If you value your property and your time, do not use this company. They will damage your home and then deny it happened.

Literally the worst delivery experience I've encountered since living in the UAE. I have no idea why Amazon have started using them. Paid for next day, got a notification it'd be 3 days before delivery. Now it's showing as delivered even though it hasn't been. Customer service is non existent. Website chat, Whatsapp and phone all send you to the same useless menu

if I could rate them a 0 star I would, they disrespect their clients, and the elderly, I was very disappointed by their service, claiming delivering in time is their motto but it's all lies, since they always arrive late.

They do not contact you, their delivery system is outdated. There is NOTHING express about them. I purchased something with next day delivery. After a week not only it wasn't delivered but no estimated time of delivery. The people that assist you, reply to your email without reading the previous messages, so you have to re-explain your problem ten times, and in the end they just reply the same useless info - your order is being processed - which, in their case, means "no is doing anything about this. You will get when you get it". I have never seen so much disrespect in my life
Terrible Experience: No Collection, No Support
I am very disappointed with this company. They were supposed to collect a package from me three days ago, and every morning I receive a message saying the courier will come—but no one ever shows up. I also contacted them by email, but nothing was resolved and there was no proper follow-up.
On top of that, when I tried to submit a complaint through their app, the AI chatbot kept sending me a link for the complaint form, but every time I clicked it, the app just looped back and I couldn’t actually submit anything. Completely useless system.
Because of their unreliability and lack of professionalism, I now have to use another logistics company to handle my shipment. Very frustrating experience and definitely not recommended.

This delivery company is terrible. For the first three days, they kept saying the delivery person couldn't reach me because my phone was off, but that wasn't true. Then, on the fourth day, the driver asked for my location at 7 PM. I sent it right away, but they didn't respond. The next day, I saw they had called me on WhatsApp at 5:30 AM! That's unacceptable! Why are you tormenting us?

I placed an order 10 days ago and have been in constant contact with customer service, who repeatedly promised delivery each day but never followed through. It feels like they are making excuses and not valuing their customers. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly advise against dont do any service with them
