Nadia realised I’d left a few details out of my CV, sent a corrected version, and it was accepted quickly without any hassle. Very disappointing experience overall.

I have been registered with Nanny & Butler for several months and have applied for numerous positions where I met all the listed requirements. Unfortunately, most of the time I either receive no response at all or have to repeatedly follow up without getting any meaningful feedback.

On several occasions, I was told that clients required additional qualifications or years of experience that were never mentioned in the job advertisement. For example, I was informed that a client wanted 10–15 years of experience for one role and 5+ years plus extensive travel experience for another, despite these requirements not being stated in the original job descriptions. This makes the application process feel misleading and wastes candidates’ time.

I also had interviews that lasted only a few minutes, with little opportunity to properly discuss my background or experience.

Most recently, I was contacted regarding a position that was still being advertised as open. After being asked to register, despite already being registered with the agency, and after multiple attempts to clarify the situation, I was eventually informed that the position was no longer available.

Communication throughout the process has been inconsistent. Some emails are never answered, follow-ups often go ignored, and there appears to be a lack of coordination regarding active vacancies.

To be fair, I did have a positive interaction with one recruiter who was professional, courteous, and conducted a proper interview. However, one positive experience does not outweigh the ongoing issues with communication, transparency, and responsiveness.

I hope the agency improves its candidate communication and ensures that job requirements and vacancy statuses are kept accurate and up to date.
