I am very disappointed with the service. My website was suspended even though I made the payment today. The billing dates and suspension process were not handled properly, and my issue is still unresolved.
I expected better communication and support from the team. Instead of helping to resolve the problem quickly, I received confusing explanations while my website remained unavailable. This has affected my business and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
As a customer, I believe that if payment has been made, the service should be restored promptly. Unfortunately, that did not happen in my case. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service and will be moving to another hosting provider. I will also be sharing my experience publicly so that others are aware of the support and billing issues I faced.

I purchased the domain massappliancemasters.net for a client project. The next day, Namecheap locked my account without warning — flagged as suspicious activity simply because I was logging in from a different country.
As a result, my domain registration was cancelled and refunded without my consent. The domain went live on the open market again — even though I had already paid for it. Anyone could have bought it while I was locked out of my own account.
The client website went completely offline. The business could not run any advertising. Real money was being lost every hour.
I contacted support via live chat. The agent was polite but told me the Risk Management team doesn't operate in live chat and I simply had to wait for an email response. Almost 24 hours passed with no resolution.
I had to go buy the same domain again through a different registrar just to restore service.
This is unacceptable. Locking a customer out of a paid domain with no fast-track resolution process is a serious failure. If you're running a business and need reliable domain management — consider alternatives.

Utterly dissatisfied with the service. Our domain and webmail got suspended without any prior notice or warnings. We are a legit business. Good that only domain and webmail was at namecheap, not hosting.
Stay away from these scammers.

No Appreciation For Loyalty
I liked Namecheap years ago when I switched most of my domains to them from Godaddy. They were indeed, "Cheap" on pricing which I enjoyed at that time with the many domains I have. However, over the years they have consistently increased their charges on all of my accounts. I understand Trump has caused much to get high for the average household, but even after reaching out to try to get a break on some of my domains, Namecheap has practically ignored me! I had over 30 domain accounts with them and they have never responded to work any type of deal with me. So, I am partly giving 2 Stars as a balance of Start to Finish. They have proven to put Profit over customer loyalty. Just as I left greedy Godaddy is the same way I will dissolve from them. They have No Appreciation what so Ever!
Thank God there are more than a few domain service providers.
