Ordered 3 x pendant lights which were…
Ordered 3 x pendant lights which were similar money to John Lewis. They arrived damaged and squashed due to being put in small boxes and being of poor quality metal, very thin.
I immediately contacted them with photos of the arrival state and the damage and requested a full refund. They have offered replacements or a gift card for 30% of the value but won't actually provide me with a returns form and instructions. Complete waste of my time and awful to deal with. Do not use this company!
