I absolutely love these products
I absolutely love these products — honestly they are the best I have found, and I’ve tried a lot of more expensive, great brands. My favorites are the nighttime serum and face oil. I use the daytime serum and oil too, but prefer the nighttime oil.
My skin is glowing and I’ve been using those products and the cleanser for 6 months. (63 years old, sensitive skin)

£72 for a face oil and the bottle won’t open. Contacted N&T and they refuse to take the bottle back to review it and send a new one. Very disappointing. The offered a 15 % coupon, as though that is compensation for a faulty product. Avoid this company if you can.

I'm 6 months into using this brand and it's great.
I started purchasing this product in November 2024. Yes, I'm in Australia and their base is in USA, so postage is slow, but it you can be patient it arrives eventually! The products have SO IMPROVED my skin (I'm old) and I really enjoy the range. At first it was daunting, so many serums and layers etc. but now it's second hand. I really enjoy this product. Love the oil. Richness of the creams. It's the first time I'm writing a review for creams. It's not a cheap product per se, but the quality is fabulous and my pores have reduced, texture improved and overall skin quality is superior. Really love this brand. No, I didn't get paid to write this..i just spontaneously decided to write something positive.about Naked and Thriving because it's been fabulous for my skin.

Shady Company
The products aren't the best and they are overly expensive. I do like the Facial cleanser and wanted to keep that from the bundle I received. When I contacted Naked & Thriving to return my items I was hit with a shipping charge $7.77. I of course questioned but I got free shipping since I spent so much so why should I be charged shipping and there are free returns. Well apparently their 30 day money back guarantee isn't so true come to find out. It drives me nuts how companies can be so sneaky and FALSE ADVERTISE just to get business. I even asked if they could adjust the price of the item I was keeping to reflect the less shipping cost, since they "claimed" they couldn't refund shipping. They wouldn't even do that. So now I am returning everything and will NEVER buy from this brand again. They are a sneaky, shady, awful company. Instead of eating $7.77 they would rather lose revenue and a returning customer over this. Terrible company and they wont last.

A personal fave of mine! I use it every day and will continue to do so. My repeat buys are Prevent, Renew and Illuminate. They feel so great on my skin, and I can see the improvement it's making to my skin.
The travel-size bottles are perfect for a month-long holiday. I highly recommend this brand.

Highly recommend renew resurfacing night serum
I absolutely love the Renew resurfacing night serum. I’ve been using it for nearly 2 months and I can honestly say I haven’t experienced any adverse effects, and my skin looks a lot fresher and more glowy. My second bottle has arrived today. I am now considering purchasing either the Nourish barrier cream or the brightening serum for day use.

Naked and thriving evening renew serum & The BC Illuminate C serum!
Absolutely fantastic serums, I am a repeat buyer and even though they take a while to get to me as I am in Australia I just keep going back to order more every time.
They are both amazing and I noticed a difference after a week of using them both, The Illuminate Vitamin C is so lovely and light on my skin it brightens the skin with a dewy silky feel to it and unlike other Vitamin C serums I have tried previously which I have found to be sticky.
The evening thriving renew serum smoothens my skin so easily. They are a little pricey but the results keep me coming back for more.

I have been using N&T for 6months now, I have noticed a small improvement with my skin. Its ok but not great. My skin feels more hydrated so less small lines. The oils are nice to use and dont clog up my skin. Love the fragrance. Delivery was around 10 - 14 days.

Terrible fulfilment service
I love these products but sadly actually receiving them is an absolute nightmare.
I have currently got a shipment on hold in Melrose and despite 3 emails to support’ have had no reply.
I have spent well over $1200 with this company but feel that if this order arrives it will be the last one. My last order took six weeks to arrive. This is nothing to do with customs as far as I can see The last time N&T shipped the wrong thing and then took 3 weeks for the correct product to leave as they were busy!
Not what I would call support at all!
An update to this review- someone has contacted me from N&T to say my product is in the UK. It would be good if the tracking was a bit more effective. The products are great but receiving them is a nail biting experience!!!

I’m a new customer, senior!
I’m a new customer, woman soon to be 72, living in Sweden. My first order arrived safely after about two weeks. I’ve ordered items from the USA before so I expected it would take some time, but it was worth waiting! I bought the night set and as a gift got a small bottle of the protect antioxidant day serum. I’ve started to use all products and they really are lovely, both in terms of consistency and fragrance.
I’m thinking of ordering a day and night set, instead of carrying on with the products that I currently use.

Gorgeous Products, Excellent Customer Service!
I have been considering buying N&T products for some time, but as they are costly I have resisted until the Black Friday sale, however I didn't open the package until Christmas.
Over Christmas I read more about the products as there was still a sale, but as I suffer with hEDS and psoriasis I decided to take advice, so I emailed the company and asked which products they would recommend. I received a lovely, speedy and informative reply, recommending I start with just 2 products. I didn't expect this, I was expecting a list of cleansers, eye creams, serums, gels, oils etc etc.
I decided to jump in and buy a load while it was reduced, and so far I am thrilled with the products. The customer care team contacted me several times over a three day period and I couldn't be more impressed. They feel great and smell divine!

After reading a couple of the recent reviews on the products from Naked & Thriving I felt it necessary to write about my experience with the company..
I placed my order in late November. I ordered Renew, Nourish and received a Rejuvenate as a freebie with my order.
I have to say that the products are fantastic. My nearly 50 year old skin is looking and feeling great. My order did take a while to arrive ( I’m in Australia ) but seriously it was well worth the wait. I would recommend this product to everyone. People comment on my skin all the time. I can’t wait to purchase a few more things in the range. This Company is NOT A SCAM.
