Omg so fed up palm oil in everything boycott people have had enough won’t be buying your artery blocking. Gunk
I have bought and enjoyed Nairns GF reduced sugar Oaties 45% less sugar for a long time now. Recently I bought a pack in Waitrose only to find the recipe had completely changed for the worse. They were no longer moreish crumbly and delicious but hard and the moreish flavour texture had gone. Sorry but it would seem that your attempt at reducing costs, by downgrading the biscuit has ruined this product.
I've tried several of Nair's biscuit range and like most. Our favourites are the coconut and chia seed biscuits !!
BUT I have serious issues with your packaging ! Please DO NOT wrap just 3 to 5 biscuits in thin plastic wrapping, That's terribly wasteful and not easy to get recycled. Please use less plastic. Maybe use just one or two plastic wrappers per carton of biscuits rather than 4 or more as you do now ?
Great service from Nairns. Excellent products and fast delivery.
I am absolutely addicted to Nairn's roughly milled oat crackers.
At the moment I have 12 boxes in my pantry.
I had the same situation.
I do not bother write to Nairns if they do nothing from March and still bake with plastic.
Absolutely awful!
I reported it and they asked for me to send back the oatcake for testing - I did.
Nairn said it was web fraying from the conveyor belt that had dropped in and was baked into the oatcake - PRETTY GROSS !
I'm offended that I only received £6.00 in Nairn vouchers in the mail, I thought that was VERY cheap of Nairn. £6.00 ! ... thanks for nothing Nairn... what kind of apology is £6.00 ! ..you do realise this is 2014 yes ?
