The worst manicure of my life

The worst manicure of my life. I never post bad reviews of places but writing right after I left. They are freshly done and look like it’s been growing out already a week. Didn’t even properly shape my cuticles.. Nail polish left on my skin. Nail shape is uneven on my nails, I asked for round. My friends saw my nails afterwards and were saying how bad of a job it was. The salon was also running so behind. I booked an appointment and so did everyone else, I was waiting 15-20 mins at least for the appointment, others longer- which means they were rushing to do the nails. Also the lighting inside is rubbish, my nail colour looked neutral while inside and I go outside, and it’s a bright coral. Also literally using the same nail file for everyone without cleaning it. Not great. Never again.

Lilly is fantastic…superbly amazing

Lilly is fantastic… in simple words she is amazing I have been there 4/5 times now never ever she has failed to impress me she is so dedicated extremely polite and she is amazing at what she does thank you Lilly see you soon again

You pay for cheapest rubbish here, safe your cash

This studio's service is just complete rubbish, quality-wise specifically. I paid 75,- € to have my nails done in Ombré, all good, the nails look great when done.

After just 3 days one nail seemed to break on the sides (middle, right hand). I notified the studio and they invited me immediately in to have it fixed. I was so thankful that I even gave a tip and went back home. I was served by the same lady who did the whole set at the first time. While fixing the nails she advised me to take more care on the nails and that also lifestyle could cause damage. (Ehm, I'm only in an office and don't to crazy lifestyle and never had this issue after such short time? But okay, I said nothing.)

Another approx. 3-4 days later another nail just broke away (middle, left hand this time). This time a different girl did the fix, she scheduled 15 min., it took 25 min. I had to drive to the studio already an hour, so it was quite a timely effort, but I said nothing and was just happy when she finally finished. I looked at the nail fixed and it looked completely different, much more white on the tip than all other nails.

Pointing this out she blatantly said "Oh, that's only because it's new" - I was like wt* but said nothing and just left. I decided to write a complaint and explain the situation how I was very unhappy with the quality of the nails done, etc. I told how I never had issues with gel nails to break and chip off so easily and poorly. I explained that I'd like to have the service refunded instead of reviewing them poorly online.

They rejected this and offered me to get a discount of 20 % for my next visit. Please what? How should I get there again? The girls working there are slow, give you the fault if the nails break off and are not willing to leave their clients happy, but try to tell them stories like "Oh this one nail just looks completely different as it's new, after one week it will be the same as the others."

I didn't give up and even spoke to their solicitor to explain the situation. One girl gave me the contact number and I called of course and explained everything, no feedback and further steps so far. This studio is really fraudulent for me and I would never recommend it or go there anymore. Such a poor quality for a nail job I never experienced anywhere so far in my life.
