Ordered an Armani polo shirt from this store via lovethesales, It was advertised as 100% cotton and on sale from £145. They sent me a cheaper 70% lyocell version which can be purchased for £60 on mainline menswear, I specifically purchased the more expensive cotton version as I don’t like the lyocell shiny material. I called the store as I had no response to my email and was spoken to by a rude member of staff who claimed the right polo had been sent out. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this store.

Great small business went above and beyond for me .they have such a great choice on there website and I found my son some trainers and there was £50 off the original price
What a bargain ,ive signed up to there website so I get emails about all the offers ! I will definitely purchase more from this company and cant wait for there January sales 2026

Terrible customer support
Getting ignored by calls, no one is answering, same thing with the email, my parcel got lost or returned back and I’m getting ignored, zero communication from their side, zero care for their customers and zero understanding, can’t even speak to anyone from their team, no one is answering the calls and emails, terrible experience.

This webiste is such a scammer . They email me the order is shipped with the royal mail tracking number but that number dosen't exist in courier website. I email them but not reply anything.
