Chanel trainers

I bought the Chanel 23ss trainers not long ago and after the first time I wore them, they began fading where the crease was. I have tried to get in contact with this supplier numerous times but they have ignored all my messages and emails, they have also delete my review on their website. It’s a shame because I’ve bought a couple of trainers from here before and had no issues but when you have a problem they don’t want to know…
I will avoid this supplier in the future and warn others to stay away.
