Have scored 2 as the print was lovely. However, had to return the pyjamas, as sizing was out-sleeves too tight on short sleeve set, which is strange as I don’t usually have that issue. When it came to the refund, 2 shipping charges were deducted - item did not qualify for free shipping PLUS having to pay to return. Not impressed.

I ordered some pyjamas in the sale. After 5 days I got an email saying there were delays with processing orders because a lot of staff had flu.
About 10 days after that I hadn’t heard from them or received the pyjamas so I contacted Customer Services by email and was told that the pyjamas I ordered were out of stock!
They did refund my money quickly which I was grateful for.
I wouldn’t order from them again.

I am still waiting over a month for my pyjamas, which have been paid for, I have contacted Customer service so will see if they get in touch, not impressed so far, having read the reviews on sizing and dyes running if you don't wash them first is concerning.

As a UK size 14, I expected a size L to be slightly roomy, yet it ended up being too tight, especially in the shorts. Despite exchanging for a larger size, the fit was still off. The return process was also not convenient, requiring me to pay for return shipping. The customer service was helpful with some issues, like a replacement due to wear, yet the sizing concerns and return policies need improvement. The vibrant design and quality were promising, but the sizing inconsistencies and returns process could deter many customers.

I recently ordered a short sleeve shorts set. The fabric was lovely and soft and the print was very cute, and I was looking forward to wearing them. Sadly the sizing seems to be very off… I’m an absolutely standard UK size 14 with an hourglass figure. I initially ordered a size L, as that seemed the most likely to fit but be loose and comfy for sleeping. The pyjama top was just about okay, though didn’t hang loose over my hips, but I could barely pull the shorts on over my bum. Annoying, but I don’t mind ordering a larger size so I packed it all up and exchanged for a size XL (at my cost - the return labels are not prepaid). The new set arrived a few days later and the shorts were STILL too small! So yet again I sent them back, again at my expense, and decided not to risk a third try.

I truly don’t mind what size/number I am, but as a standard size 14, there is no way I should be ordering a size XXL - it just doesn’t correspond. And I imagine the XXL top would be way way too big, and probably the waistband of the shorts too. And as this IS a sensitive subject for a lot of women, I imagine you are going to have some VERY unhappy, frustrated customers.

Bought a pijama in size s as the style looked nice. It was very tin, not the cotton you'd expect. The sizes were also very disproportionate.Super tiny shorts and top that was way too big. Not sure what models they use.
Refund/return wasn't easy either. There was no explanation of how to do the return so I contacted customer service via a form. I also had to pay for the return. I don't know any brand that doesn't cover the return of an item. The lable only has an online store so how are people supposed to know their sizes if they don't try. So all in all a brand not fit for purpose based on standard needs of customers.

Very friendly customer Service as there was a lot of trouble with shipping. Pyjamas feel really nice and are high quality.

I ordered a pyjama set from Myza and it was really cute and fit well, but there was an issue that required a replacement after the first 2 wears. Myza has been helpful in ironing this out for me and is sending a replacement!

I’ve purchased 5 sets of pyjamas from Myza and I absolutely love them! The quality is superb, the fabric prints are unusual and in my opinion they represent excellent value for money.

I love the pattern, the top and colour. The shorts are rather tight compared to the top - there’s a mismatch in sizing there. The delivery took quite a long time.

This is my second pair of pyjamas from myza. I love them. They are comfortable and excellent quality. My first pair are still going strong after a year of use and my new pair are gorgeous. I bought a pair of another brand in a sale and they have already started to disintegrate whereas my myza ones are still holding their shape and colour. I also love all the different designs. Superb company!
