Whole process showed respect even as it was a super sale deal

The ordering and delivery process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear, transparent, and reliable throughout.
I also particularly enjoyed the unboxing experience. While the packaging may not be the most environmentally friendly, I have to admit that unboxing the product is an experience in itself.
I was already familiar with the product, so I won't comment further on its quality or design. Suffice it to say, it once again met all my expectations.

Delivery was quick and I chose eco packaging but it was still really nicely packed. I've got a beautiful dress to wear to a wedding at a great price, very happy

Reliability, responsibility and special offers

I urgently needed my purchase to arrive ASAP. In short I contacted my Personal Shopper for her assistant and made the purchase on Monday around 6 pm Indonesian time. Package arrived at home in Jakarta from Germany on Wednesday afternoon around 3 pm. It is unimaginably fast and I am extremely grateful. Mytheresa in on a different level in comparison to some other famous online shopping sites. Definitely the best. And to Sherry Cai, your level of competence and professionalism is surely commendable.

I am a returning customer for years and their careful packaging and attention to detail cannot be beaten.( lots of tissue paper, tied with grosgrain ribbon, enclosed in signature yellow box also with grosgrain bow fastening. All return docs and picture invoice enclosed in a paper A4 file which has a different witty fashion caption on the cover..(eg: ‘ You can never be overdressed or over educated ‘… Oscar Wilde ).
Shipping UPS tracked - occasionally takes more than a few days but for this level of customer service, worth the wait -( over alternative platforms where goods arrive perhaps quicker but literally in a plastic bag!)

Great selection, fair prices and great promotions from time to time. Excellent customer service and lightning-fast delivery. The return process is flawless. Great experience… every time.

Extremely disappointing customer service from Mytheresa

I am extremely disappointed with the way Mytheresa has handled my order CH740509148.

I purchased a very expensive dress for my wedding, and unfortunately the delivery did not go as expected. Mytheresa’s own policy states that if the customer is not at home when delivery is attempted, the package should be dropped off at a post office. This procedure was not followed.

What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and communication from Mytheresa. I have been left in the lurch for over three weeks, repeatedly chasing for updates and a resolution, only to be told that the carrier marked the parcel as delivered without any meaningful consideration of whether the delivery was carried out according to their own policy.

For a luxury retailer, I expected a much higher standard of customer care, transparency, and responsibility. Instead, I have been left extremely disappointed with how this matter has been handled, especially given the importance and value of this purchase.

I sincerely hope that someone at Mytheresa takes my case seriously, reviews what has happened, and provides the level of support and resolution that a customer should expect from a luxury retailer.
