Hello,
We placed this order after specifically confirming multiple times with your support team that it would be delivered on time. We submitted and approved the artwork promptly on our side last week. Two people reviewed and approved everything carefully.
Unfortunately, we never received any emails, notifications, or written confirmation that anything else was required from us. When checking your website, the order simply showed as “in production” with no alerts, no approval requests, and no way to properly verify the order status. Based on this, we assumed everything was moving forward normally and that this was simply part of your internal process.
Today, after a full week had passed, I finally contacted support again through chat, and Rosa was extremely helpful; she is one whom I am really grateful to in this process. She discovered — through a separate internal link that was never provided to us — that the order was apparently still waiting for artwork approval, despite the artwork being 100% approved last week.
As a result of this confusing and poorly communicated process, our order was never actually placed into production. We were supposed to receive the items within three days, and now you are unable to deliver the order by the required date, even though the artwork has already been completed and ready.
I am now forced to place a rush order with another company, also located in New Jersey, that is somehow still able to produce and deliver the order on May 29 for our May 30 event.
Thank you for your time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, your company will be at the very bottom of our vendor list going forward.
