AVOID buying from myRobotCenter

AVOID buying from myRobotCenter - they are scammers. The robot broke down within 1.5 years. I have been emailing them since December and still haven’t heard back.

Purchased the Roborock S5 Max from here…

Purchased the Roborock S5 Max from here less than 2 years ago, I am now having issues with the Robovac and can't get any warranty support from both myrobotcenter and Roborock despite paying for 5 year guarantee! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Won’t honour the guarantee

Bought a Gardena robot mower in August 2020 with a 5 year guarantee. 3 years later it needs repairing but there’s no way of getting hold of the company to claim on the guarantee. They just promise this to make it sound attractive. Will have to pay for repairs elsewhere. Avoid this company

Company failure!

The company does not reply to emails, and the telephone no they give is unobtainable. I have a mower purchased from them in Dec 2021 which has suddenly stopped working. It has a five-year guarantee, but to little avail!

Broken Roborock SMax 5

Broken Roborock SMax 5, well within warranty, they are not responding to emails asking for a replacement. The one piece of interaction I received was a 'Stephanie Huber' telling me that they weren't the seller (THEY WERE).

This has been going on for weeks now, it is ruining the Roborock brand name because they're supplying to such a fraudulent company.

I purchased a lawn mower Indego robot…

I purchased a lawn mower Indego robot with a 5-year guarantee and I cannot claim a repair. I raised the issue twice 2 weeks ago and still no response. I had to repair it with Bosh paying lots of money.
Robotcenter has been avoiding the responsibility for the warranty.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

The worst company going

One of the worst company’s going…. Bought a roomba hoover from them paid and had the 5 year guarantee. Now my hover has stopped working after 18months. Trying to speak to anyone is impossible when you submit a ticket the fake person that is apparently dealing with it never gets back to you. Stay well away from this company they are thieving scammers.

No customer service

I am having problems with my robot vacuum and inspite of the promise to respond within 24 hours I still have not received a single reply 3 days later. I am unable to reach them through phone and email; only contact channel being an online ticketing service that my dedicated agent Stephanie Huber is supposed to tend to. I am still waiting...

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY…

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Bought a Roborock devise just over a year ago which came with a 2-year statutory legal guarantee and My Robot Centre's extended 3 year warranty. The devise has recently developed a fault and I've been told by this Company (after several emails later and an attempt, illegally, to get me to pay nearly £154 in shipping costs to get it fixed) that they have gone into self-administration so cannot honour the guarantee. Roborock the manufacturer have told me that the guarantee is the responsibility of the seller so will not help. Hundreds of pounds out of pocket now. This Company are still selling products, how is this allow to happen?

GONE Bust: failed to honor the 5 year…

They have failed to honor the 5 year guarantee I paid extra for on my robot vac, stating: ‘we had to file an application for the opening of restructuring proceedings with self-administration according to §169 IO at the Regional Court of Feldkirch on date (May 9, 2022)".

Don't buy Yardforce (300RBS)

Bought a Yardforce 300RBS..got it but I can't get it to work via the app so vital function don't work. The serial number is not registered/already in use. MyRC went bust... The European sales support forwards your questions around and (maybe) respond every 2 weeks. Now it's my problem, they tell me... My router.... Thing is the damm thing only uses BT..so even Yardsforce doesn't know their own stuff... No guarantee (MyRC is insolvent/went bust) and manufacturer of EU sales/resellers give NO support. A serious waste of money and I recommend none of their products. No settings, no updates no control. Money down the drain... sensors don't work/can't be activated, but an excellent plow for my new garden instead of a lawnmower.

No info on what's gone wrong

Returned my robot mower to them in March for a repair. Found out in May that they have gone bust. No idea if I'll get my broken/fixed mower back and all I've been told is to lodge a claim with the administrator and hope for 30% of the value back in a couple of years.
Apparently, they may be back in business soon but the lack of info on what's been going on is atrocious.
