Ordered a 25m Mypurecore irrigation…

Ordered a 25m Mypurecore irrigation pipe through Temu. Received only 15m. I sent Temu a photo of the pipe on a scale clearly showing the weight discrepancy, but customer service refused to issue a refund or partial refund. They closed my dispute despite clear evidence of 'item not as described.' A 40% shortage is simply not acceptable.
it took at lease 15 correspondences for Temu to issue refund bit by bit as credit, only when i threatened. What i wanted is a 25m pipe and without that i got badly stuck.
