Bought 2 shakers, both lids broke within a year. Exact same spot (the seam around the lid). Low quality product, poor customer service experience, overall quite expensive products, unless one has great timing with an ongoing sale.

I've been ordering peanut butter from myprotein for years and I'm always satisfied. It's a bit more expensive than the supermarket but the quality is incomparable. I usually wait till there's some discount so it's more affordable.

Made a reasonable large order with several items meant to be given as a birthday gift. Two of the items came in broken and scratched, mailed the company and they promptly sent me replacements at no extra cost. The products itself for what I have heard were great. Very thankful and happy with my purchase!

I ordered some flavor drops, unfortunately one of the products I received had a rather short expiration date so I got in touch with costumer support to raise the issue. It took some time before the right department handled my request to send the item back and get a refund. But I truely received great service. They immediately refunded me the cost of that product and were very nice and accommodating.

I’ve just had the experience of placing two separate orders: the first through your Portuguese website (via the mobile app), and the second through the Finnish market (also via mobile app), which is entirely in Swedish. I simply changed my delivery address, and for context, I have addresses in both countries, which is why I occasionally order from each.
The first order went smoothly, as it usually does. The second, however (still through the app and after switching the address to Finland) was an absolute nightmare. A truly dreadful experience, to the point that I’m not looking forward to ordering again. To begin with, the language issue is baffling, and the checkout on the app is a complete mess. There are conflicting prices, and the lack of clear information regarding delivery charges isn extremely frustrating. Delivery charges are only added afterwards, and although is meant to be free on orders over €65 (as is stated on the website), I was still charged despite spending over €70).
In short, it was a complete mess - a terrible experience, and I’m genuinely dreading having to place another order in the future. I’ve loved your products for over a decade and have always been a loyal customer, but the purchasing experience here in Finland has been utterly appalling, especially when compared to how smooth it is on the Portuguese site/app. This was, without doubt, the very worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had - absolutely horrendous.

I waited a couple of weeks didnt get the order and then contacted them. The response was that they lost the package and will send a new. But then they continued to order me to return the old one if i got it and threathened me with extra payment if i didnt. Wtf.
