Terrible Customer Service, Broken Delivery, and Melted Products
I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Myprotein Switzerland.
I selected home delivery, but my package was not delivered to my address. Even worse, I received no notification whatsoever. No email, no SMS, no tracking update. I only found out where the package was because I personally called Swiss Post, who told me it had been sitting for 6 full days in a MyPost24 machine — during a heatwave.
By the time I picked it up, several products were visibly damaged and overheated — clearly unfit for consumption. The quality was unacceptable.
I explained all of this to Myprotein’s customer support. Their response? Robotic, dismissive, and completely useless. They refused to take responsibility for the delivery failure. Their only solution was to ask for photos — as if a melted protein bar in July heat is something that shows up perfectly on camera. They ignored everything else I said, including the fact that I had to do their job and chase the postal service myself.
There was no accountability, no refund, no actual help — just scripted replies that missed the point entirely.
This company does not care about its customers, their time, or product quality. I will never order from Myprotein again, and I encourage others to think twice before doing so.

25% IMPORT FEE IS INSANE!
I placed an order in Switzerland from the Swiss website and without my knowledge, the package was sent from the UK. And now I'm being charged a 22.30 CHF customs fee for my order of 86CHF, that's 25.8%! How is this feasible?

Random sales are a pain
The random extreme sales are a pain in the ass. Just set a good price and keep it all the time.
Otherwise, the products themselves are always great and I get them regularly.

Do Not Order via Swiss Website - Customs Duty of 25%!
Despite ordering via the Swiss website, the package was sent from the UK and incurs large customs fees. Customer service do not care. The fees are NOT made clear when ordering.

I had made an order for delivery, but never received it due to a mix-up on the courier's side.
I reached out to the MyProtein support team to resolve this issue after numerous phone calls with the couriers, and they were very understanding and prompt. Eszter provided me with all the information and next steps to ensure that I would receive my package. After about a day, she was able to organise a replacement order for me.

The list of products is good, but you seriously need a translation for the site. If it is there, I could not find it. Please, add a language selection on the top right, as many other commercial sites do.
(I found the translation in the end, bottom left, but I would still prefer it on the top).

Great Selection
It was my first time using my protein but they had a great selection and the shop was easy to navigate. Their products are also a reasonable price.
