Horrible return experience: 10 euro for returning an order through courier and 17 for returning through post, and you have to arrange the shipping yourself.

Why is it that an order placed in Austria, on the Austrian site of Myprotein has POLAND as the return address? Unacceptable, and I know for sure I'm never buying from Myprotein ever again

There was a pop-up for subscribing every 30 seconds and the cart emptied regularly when not logged in.

Myprotein was great in the early days - but now it's quite too expensive. Sadly.

I was at home all day waiting for my MyProtein delivery. The GLS driver never rang my bell, never called, and never left a card. Instead, the parcel was dropped at a ParcelShop without any attempt to deliver it to my home.

I contacted MyProtein twice by email to report this and to ask why the delivery was not attempted. Both times my questions and complaint were completely ignored. They simply replied with the ParcelShop location, which I already knew from the tracking link.

This is unacceptable customer service. Ignoring customer concerns twice shows a clear lack of care. I expected MyProtein to investigate the failed delivery attempt and ensure this does not happen again. Instead, I received generic responses that avoided the actual issue. Very disappointing.

The delivery was with DPD and package came opened. Nothing was missing buy some bags had exploded. The items are packed badly, not much information on the labels. I decided to give them a second chance and ordered again but if this package also comes opened, i will request my money back, and never use them again.

I didnt recive my order. I paid, a was waiting, then i asked for help and u told me that u already delivered my order. Liar sit team! Go to Hell!

Package still not delivered after 14 days. No information about tracking ID that I could use to locate or the actual location of the package. Customer support via email did not help at all. The answer mail I received today said that the expected delivery was 3 days ago. Well thank you for nothing.

Still no information on the whereabouts of my order, no useful answers from customer service. Order was placed on November first.

It's very cheap but a few items don't exist like rice pudding

ordered a lot of different stuff, macadamia butter, flavdrops, creatine, protein cookies - consistently all of it has been great.
Shipping is very fast.
