Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 100 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained about severe difficulties when trying to withdraw their earned funds, often facing unexpected error messages, payment rejections, or suddenly locked accounts. People also experienced deeply frustrating issues with customer support agents who routinely provided unhelpful or completely preprogrammed responses. Reviewers mentioned that the mobile application frequently freezes, glitches, or alters betting lines unexpectedly during active gameplay. Consumers strongly felt that the platform's payout structures, hidden fees, and promotional offers were entirely misleading and deeply unfair. Many individuals advised others to avoid depositing money entirely to prevent losing funds on the platform.

Just became one of the many victims of…

Just became one of the many victims of prize picks. I created a lineup of 6 NHL players getting the first five correct and the last one as well which was Auston Matthews(Toronto) higher than 20.5 for time on ice. But according to prize picks the last one which was higher than 20.5 time on ice for Auston Matthews was incorrect because apparently time on ice during overtime does not count but they count everything else. So the trick here is that they count certain things and others don’t count specially when you win a big amount. I’m not the only one and it’s not the first time they are not transparent. Be careful guys

I joined prize picks last week and…

I joined prize picks last week and enjoyed it. I sent referral link to my wife . She clicked on it and confirmed what was in there. I never received my referral so I questioned the rep. I was told the promo code that was pre entered wasn’t the correct one. She said there is nothing they can do .IMO Tje code that was needed was in my info and should have already been in the link. This is deceiving and misleading. I won’t be going back or referring anymore b.

Never got results?

I paid for a bid, never received the results, and haven’t had any luck reaching out to get answers. It was my first bid that was supposedly “free” but In order to add more it costs money so I went forward with it. I’m extremely disappointed.

Deposit limitation

A decent app, good promos, but I honestly do not like the daily deposit limit. I like to be in control of my own money. Don’t like it at all!!

Changing stats during game

Prize picks update my 3 man parlay for de’Aron fox to have 1 block 1 steal for a total of 2 and before the game ended he suddenly updated back to 1 and it did not hit. I talked to a representative and they said there live game stats can always change and since it happened before the end of the game that it was a valid change. But De’Aron still got a block and a steal so idk how you can reverse that so you don’t have to pay out

They will cheat sometimes. When you catch it support will try to bully you and ignore you

I would’ve given it 5 stars. I won some I lost some and that was Fine. However, we all know the All Star Game is the biggest Game of the year. I wish I could post a screen shot on here, bc I have all the dialogue btwn support and I as well as my line up photos.

I swear every picture except for the pick I did lose and the pic of the player that did not play turned to influencer Drake Face when my bet was settled. Out of 6 if 1 player doesn’t play it reverts to 5 out of 5 I won 4. The bet payout was $200. When it was settled I loss they stated Stephen curry made 8 points
Jaylen Brunson with 3 points
SGA MADE HIS
KYRIE IRVING 4 points.
We all know Steph was mvp when I seen that is when I went in looked up bc how did I lose by picking him alone if he was mvp.. it clearly shows everywhere even the nba site itself that Stephen curry made 12 points. So then of course I went and looked up the rest and it shows that I actually won the bet.
I contact support and they basically tell me to take their word for it and refuse to direct me where they see the outcomes they have. They ignore me and basically threaten to ban me so now I’m emailing support with no response. Chalk board here I come 😂

I am a new user

I am a new user. Deposited 10 bucks to get 50 bonus dollars. Cool. Played a couple picks and won 50. Tried to withdraw but that have a play through requirement which requires you to play through your original deposit before withdrawal. Oh, ok fine.
However, I still had 30 bucks left of bonus money which it makes you spend first without allowing you a choice of where to draw the money from for your bet. Ok.
So I bet the rest of my bonus money. Spend the remaining $5 from my original deposit and now I’m back to my 50 dollar winnings. Hit the withdraw option. Go through the prompts to get my 50 dollars back and the hotlink to connect to my bank is just a text box. No link. No way to withdraw.
Ok. So I hit 24/7 chat. Explain what’s going on and they will get back to me within 3-4 hours. Grrr. Ok.
After a several hours I then get a series of three emails within 2 minutes that say I didn’t respond in time and the ticket is being closed. What?? I had to wait three hours for a chat back and they closed the e-case because I didn’t email back in 3 minutes. I am warning all new users this is a start up scam. If it is legit they aren’t ready with their support and IT software capabilities to solve problems. Do NOT do it. Invest in legit gaming apps. Don’t be fooled by BOGUS bonus money like I was!!!

They are a scam

They are a scam. As soon as I won the customer support has continued to evade, dodge or ping pong me from agent to agent. I have been trying to reach help for over a week the current customer support that is supposed to be 24/7 is false advertising and there is no way to retrieve my winnings due to an intentional loop placed as a cushion for winnings withdrawal: I'm signed in but system says I am not. And I am told to enter a validation code sent to my email that has never come (nope not in spam either which it would belong) then im reaching put to support who say that the proper department is tied up with other callers (for the past 8 days) which is why I cant get thru. They are the worst and disgusting humans for running this BS. I have made news media outlets aware and will be putting as much info out there as possible because I cannot stand financial abuse and that is what this is: damn bullies.

Scam and horrible customer service response times

I’ve spent 5 days with their customer service team trying to unlock my account and withdraw funds. They take hours to respond and then respond in the middle of the night when I’m sleeping after I had tried to escalate my concerns first thing in the morning. Now I can’t withdraw my funds. This company is a scam.

Works well if you don’t win. Took money out of my account without consent.

PrizePicks started off good. Changed when I actually won something. Won $200 on a basketball bet. They showed the bet as settled an in my PrizePicks account. Next morning the $200 was gone. Contacted PrizePicks about it, they said that they had decided there was a scoring change and wouldn’t give me the details of what it was. Just took $200 out of my account and couldn’t tell me why and there wasn’t anything I could do about it. Basically said tough $$it. PrizePicks is fun till you actually win a decent amount then they just won’t pay. Too bad. Should have known I’d was too good to be true.

Scammers

Scammers! I would give them zero starts if it were possible! I have $130 sitting on my account that they won’t allow me to withdrawal. The rules state you have to completely play through your FIRST deposit before you can withdrawal. I played through my $25 initial deposit. Next deposit was $200, I spent $70 of that and they’re refusing to allow me to withdrawal the balance. No other betting app has done this whatsoever. There’s no one to verbally speak to. You wait hours for a chat rep that unhelpful. I’m reporting them to the Mo Gaming Commission asap!
